Role 02 of 3  ·  Full-time  ·  Agami, SGT University

Culture & Employee
Experience Insights Specialist

Understanding how values become behaviours - and designing the interventions that reshape them with care and rigour.

3–5 years experience
MSc / MA Organizational / Industrial-Organizational / Work Psychology
SGT University, Gurugram

It is mid-afternoon. You just finished reading through focus group transcripts from three departments. One pattern keeps appearing that nobody in the organization has named yet. You know what it is, where it comes from, and you already have a sense of what an intervention might look like. The insight report is not due until Friday. But you are already writing the first line in your head.

01
What you will actually be doing
Culture & Behavioural Assessment
Conduct culture audits, focus groups, and behavioural assessments. Analyse the alignment between stated values and observable behaviours. Name what is working and what is not, with evidence.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Design and interpret engagement surveys. Map the psychological touchpoints shaping motivation, trust, and belonging. Recommend improvements grounded in what the data shows.
Leadership & Culture Development
Facilitate leadership development workshops and behaviour-focused programmes. Support culture enablement using storytelling and experiential learning. Sustained culture change requires leadership to model the behaviours being asked of everyone else.
Insights & Communication
Generate cultural insight reports that people actually read and use. Translate assessments into actionable narratives. Collaborate with communication teams to reinforce the behaviours an organization is genuinely trying to build.

These roles sit within Agami itself. You will be part of the founding team at the center, working on live projects from day one.
